TAMPA, Fla., Jan. 27, 2017 / — HR technology consulting firm, Benefit Technology Resources (BTR), LLC, has announced the successful wrap up of a highly transactional open enrollment season for 2016. Over 100 accounts were processed for renewal by BTR during the busy fall enrollment season.
In total, hundreds of open enrollment files were processed for carriers and payroll updates. Additionally, in the last quarter (Q4), in spite of these changes, all accounts went live on time, including those with fewer than three weeks allotted to process renewal. Renewal satisfaction surveys were sent to each client administrator. Clients were asked to rate their renewal experience on a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being poor and 5 being extremely satisfied on knowledge of the BTR account manager, BTR’s responsiveness, communication and overall renewal experience. 100% of the total surveys that have been completed are reporting the highest marks of “5” in all survey areas.
As a result of high client engagement and satisfaction rates, as well as internal growth and development, BTR is aligned for even greater successes in 2017.
