DSH Hotel Advisors Arranges Sale of 63-Room Tampa Bay Area Hotel – The Microtel Inn & Suites Zephyrhills for $4,000,000.00

March 3, 2020 – DSH Hotel Advisors, a national hotel brokerage and advisory firm headquartered in Tampa, Florida – specialized solely in hotels – announced that Dennis Hopper, Managing Principal, and Randy Taylor, Investment Associate, closed on the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham – Zephyrhills, Florida on February 28th, 2020 for $4,000,000. Mr. Hopper and Mr. Taylor represented the buyer, Blueturn LLC and the seller, Nilkanth Hotel LLC.
